POSITION: Programmer/Analyst

LOCATION: Huntsville, AL

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in computer related discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.)

MONTHS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of professional experience in computer programming, design and development, and/or analysis.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: US Citizenship required. Ability to obtain an Interim clearance within 60 days. Must have programming experience in C++, C#, and/or VB languages using Microsoft Visual Studio development environment to generate applications relating to engineering or test requirements. Must be familiar with programming device/interface SDK's (Software Development Kits) (i.e. National Instruments I/O or control boards, Computer Boards, etc.) in a control and/or data acquisition environment. Must have experience with data acquisition and control techniques and engineering data analysis/processing. Must have experience in the following Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access. Individual will perform a range of design, development, analysis or review tasks under minimal supervision. Conduct site visits, perform investigation and research on problem, and develop a plan of execution to provide a solution to the problem in a timely manner. Directly interface with customers, engineers, and other programming staff to successfully provide solutions to advanced/critical operations that involve personal safety and security, expensive equipment and hardware, testing of explosive items, and accurate and efficient data acquisition. Provide management support with scheduling and costs. Provide regular status reports as required by customer or program manager. Individual should have a strong work ethic, be well organized, administratively proficient, a motivated self starter.
