DEGREE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field.
MONTHS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Ten years experience in safety and quality assurance activities related to weapon system, defense or aerospace testing.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the management of projects in the fields of quality assurance, and safety. Insure the safe, efficient conduct of activities that support the development and testing of weapon and aircraft systems. Familiar with OSHA and DOD safety/quality assurance requirements and policies related to testing weapon systems. Must be able to develop, review and edit standing operating procedures for nondestructive testing, weapons modification and climatic testing for weapon systems and there components. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required. Must be professional and able to work well with others. Must be well organized, motivated, and a self starter. Must have ability to expedite, track, monitor, and get results from other parties. Good typing, filing, note taking, information organizing and archiving skills required. Ability to obtain a Security Clearance timely.
