POSITION: Senior Program Manager

LOCATION: Huntsville, AL

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in an engineering or science field. Masters or Doctorate degree in an engineering or science field desired. Alternatively, may have a combination of vocational and/or military certifications in a science or engineering field and 14 years experience.

MONTHS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Ten (10) years experience in weapon systems engineering/test and evaluation to include One (1) year in Technical Management.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Specific test experience with Army Weapon systems to include PEO Missiles and Space systems. Knowledge and experience in the DoD structure and acquisition process. Proven experience in developing TEMPS, test plans, test reports and other test documentation. Individual will provide technical test expertise to various DoD weapon systems programs. Support development of Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) Reports, and other test documentation. Review and provide comments on ORDs, CDDs, CPDs, Performance specifications, and other acquisition documentation. Attend meetings to capture minutes and action items. Assist in tracking and adjudication of action items. Attend test events and provide technical test expertise in the set-up and conduct of the tests. Participate in meetings to develop test programs for system enhancements. Position will require travel.
