Services Available

ASRI manages Professional Engineering Services (PES) Professional Services in the same manner it manages all Government contracts. The Program Managers report directly to ASRI’s Vice President/General Manager. Discussions are held on a weekly basis to verify the status of all contracts and to ensure that adequate resources are allocated to each Program Manager. Program Reviews are held on a monthly basis between all Program Managers and ASRI’s President, Vice President, Contracts Manager, Finance Manager, and Human Resource Specialist. These reviews provide an open forum to discuss status, issues and concerns regarding schedules, personnel, costs and other items of importance. This approach has resulted in all ASRI contracts being performed on schedule and within cost. Under our current contract (GS-10F-0254T) with GSA ASRI provides the following PES services:

• Strategic Planning for Technical Program Activities (SIN 871-1)
• Concept Development and Requirements Analysis (SIN 871-2)
• System Design, Engineering and Integration (SIN 871-3)
• Test and Evaluation (SIN 871-4)
• Acquisition of Life Cycle Management (SIN 871-6)

ASRI offers seventeen levels of expertise to assist the customer in their Professional Engineering Services needs. ASRI personnel are highly trained, experienced, and educated and are fully capable of providing the customer with the best Engineering support available.

How to Order ASRI Professional Engineering Services

Simplified Ordering

To order just follow the following Six Easy Steps:

1. The customer identifies the requirements by submitting a Statement of Work (SOW) to ASRI.
2. ASRI assigns the Statement of Work to the relevant ASRI Technical Representative for requirements evaluation.
3. The ASRI Technical Representative provides the evaluation results to the GSA Contract Administrator to prepare the proposal package.
4. The GSA Contract Administrator prepares and submits the proposal to the customer.
5. The customer reviews/approves the proposal package and submits an order (orders must reference the GSA Contract Number) to ASRI.
6. ASRI and the customer will mutually agree upon the task start date.
